Lottery for New Families

[ February 19, 2013; ] The annual lottery is held on Tuesday, February 19th, for new applicants.  Spaces remaining from in-house enrollment are offered to new families who win placement through the lottery.

A wait list will begin if necessary.

Enrollment Fee Deadline (In-House Families)

[ February 8, 2013; 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. ]

Friday, February 8th, 2013 – This is the Enrollment Fee deadline for in-house families who have accepted placement for their child in the 2013-2014 year.  The non-refundable Enrollment Fee is equal to one month’s full tuition and must be paid by the deadline to guarantee your child’s place for next year.

Parent-Only Information Night & Tour for Prospective Families

[ January 30, 2013; 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. February 6, 2013; 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. February 13, 2013; 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. ] Tour the school, hear a presentation from the executive director and curriculum/development director as well as see a short film about the school.  There will be time for questions and answers.

Reservations are required – there are a limited number of spaces for the evening.  This event is for prospective parents only.  Please make childcare arrangements [...]

Mid-Year Parent Teacher Conferences

[ January 22, 2013 8:00 am to January 25, 2013 2:00 pm. January 28, 2013 8:00 am to February 1, 2013 2:00 pm. February 4, 2013 8:00 am to February 8, 2013 2:00 pm. ] Tuesday, January 22nd to Friday, February 8th.  Teachers will set up a schedule for conference times in each classroom.  This is an excellent opportunity to discuss your child’s development with his/her teachers.  Each family should meet with their child’s teacher.
